A large global hospitality management organization was looking for a partner to help them understand their gaps for building a more inclusive workplace.

The global hospitality management organization selected and partnered with Reframe to help accelerate their workplace change journey. The brand’s organizational structure was highly decentralized and required them to work across multiple units across multiple states.

Using the Reframe Workplace Change™ approach, the global hospitality organization formed a committee to manage the vendor – partner relationship and with the Reframe engagement lead, aligned on the inclusive experience design strategy and plan to increase employee engagement. 

  • Help the organization better understand their Human Resources (HR) technology ecosystem and the role of each product plays in helping solve a problem.
  • Implement an inclusive experience design strategy that reflects how the organization wants to scale their inclusive experience design plan. 
  • Increase the organization’s level of cultural maturity, engagement and retention.

The Opportunity

The Approach

  • After completing an inclusive experience design strategy and plan, conducted an HR technology ecosystem audit and determine which technology features required an integration solution.
  • Developed a feature integration strategy and plan with an 120 day Reframe Software pilot.
  • Align on Reframe Software pilot key performance indicators and ongoing reporting schedule.

The Results

  • Increased overall employee engagement +346% versus pilot goal.
  • For the first time, developed a content & community strategy, content calendar and rewards strategy.
  • Increased overall number of users by +41% from the beginning of the six(6) month pilot to the end of pilot.
