Developed in the 1930s, many companies globally understand the practice within the workplace but not in the United States. Workplace behavior and personalization can now be mined and crafted to reflect the values and beliefs of the company, team and individual through cross-culturalism. Human design is the next evolution and the race begins to show how to mine poly-cultural insights within the workplace.
