Think a “Y-Combinator” accelerator experience but for executives at large and middle market companies looking to accelerate workplace change and marketplace growth. Over 6 and 12 weeks, People Leaders from large and middle market enterprise companies are taught how to operationalize change that reflects a more inclusive employee and customer experience at scale.

How It Works

Apply

After applying we select 25 individuals to attend a 6 and/or 12 week program with industry leaders, mentors, change agents.

Participate

Over the 6 or 12 weeks, People Leaders get deep learning about building more inclusive employee and customer experiences.

"Demo Day"

At the end of the six or twelve weeks for the Reframe Change accelerator, People Leaders participate in a ‘Demo Day’ and present their change approach to their peers for corporate funding.

Certify

Attendees will receive a certification upon completion of the program.
