This update is about the New Reframe Consulting Services Marketing Website: https://getreframe.com/

When we started Reframe in 2015, we led with an audacious goal: modernize the practice of multicultural marketing and diversity, equity & inclusion.

Nearly 10 years later, we did THAT! 😎

Along the way we built two management consulting practices under the Reframe brand and offered two different offerings with an innovative change operating system for leaders looking to accelerate inclusive change and growth.

What we consistently heard from many of our prospective and client partners was feedback about how hard it was to understand what we do and how confusing we made it for users to understand our offerings.

We’ve spent the last few months looking through user feedback, research, analyzing Google Analytics(GA), restructuring and reimagining a new Reframe user experience.

WHAT CHANGED AND WHAT’S NEW?

For starters, we have a new Reframe Consulting Services website: https://getreframe.com/ .

The Redesign

More than 90% of all Reframe marketing website traffic lands on the home page and the first panel. We fixed the first panel on the home page. Below are a few high level changes:

We changed our value proposition statement to clearly state who we are, for whom and the outcome of our services.

What We Do

Updated the menu and navigation system for users to understand our service offerings and get the information they need to learn more.

What We Think

Updated the menu and navigation system for users to get resources to better understand and learn more about our work through case studies, thought leadership, podcasts and learning experiences.

Updated the menu and navigation system for users to get more information about our vision, mission, history, leaders, media and most important – our why.

Updated the menu and navigation systems for users to get in contact with us for specific items.

For users who now get what we do and understand our offerings, can get started with a phone call or schedule a direct meeting at any time.

A New Reframe Visual Design System

More information to come on this. The idea of the new design systems leans more into our change operating system framework. For users not familiar with the change operating system and the six steps, this begins to tell our story visually.
