What Is A Framework and How It Works?

In business, frameworks are tools or models that helps organizations (leaders) structure, organize and approach complex problems.

Our friends at #GBLOC, a membership based community asked me about my WHY. My response included the word FRAMEWORK. It was a great way to share how we operationalize inclusive change and growth using two frameworks.

At Reframe Consulting Services in order for us to actualize our vision and mission, we use two FRAMEWORKS. For leaders who want to accelerate inclusive growth, we use our inclusive customer experience design framework. For leaders who want to accelerate inclusive change, we use our inclusive employee experience design framework.

It was after introducing the Total Market Approach topic, our founder and CEO Jeffrey L. Bowman realized there was no framework for operationalizing the approach. He had to go out and get customers for us to validate the approach. Javier Farfan, former Vice President of Cultural Marketing at Verizon at the time took a chance on us and 40+ client engagements later, the rest is history.
