Value creation is the process of transforming resources, labor, and capital into outcomes that are worth more to customers than the cost of inputs, resulting in profit, stakeholder value and competitive advantage.

Because a lot has changed in the industry, we are going to look back at what’s changed since publishing the Reframe 2017 State of the Total Market Industry Report.

The 2017 report was a first and innovative because it introduced a new industry vertical and a different lens because it reflected the total addressable and serviceable markets.
